Mutton Keema Paratha


(For 1 serve) 


  • 100 g, paratha dough
  • 100 g, mutton minced (Keema)
  • 2 tbsp. mint leaves (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp. ghee
  • 3 tbsp. As Chefs Cook Creamy Malvani Tikka Masala (Shop Now)
  • 1 cup, thick curd
  • 2 tbsp. mango pickle
  • 2 lentil poppadums
  • Salt to taste




  • Mix keema, mint leaves in  the As Chefs Cook Creamy Malvani Tikka Masala together. 
  • Cook well in some ghee in a frying pan till
  • Stuff this mixture into rolled paratha sheet & close the paratha to form a ball.
  • Roll it again to make moon shaped flat bread.
  • Cook the paratha on a flat top or a griddle smearing it in ghee.
  • When golden brown & crispy from both sides serve it hot with thick curd, mango pickle & roasted lentil poppadums.
