• BREW: A simple AeroPress Recipe; (1) Rinse & pre-heat 2 filter papers (2) Add 2 tbsp or 14 g of ground coffee (3) Set timer and add 40 g of water & let coffee bloom for 30 seconds (4) add the 180 g of water and place the plunger DON’T PLUNGE (5) at 1.30 mins, gently stir the coffee & start plunging all the way for 20 seconds
