Chettinad Fish Taco
Ingredients
(For 1 serving)
- 80 g, white fish fillet (any)
- 3 tbsp. As Chefs Cook Spicy Chettinad Tikka Masala (Shop Now)`
- 2 tbsp. refined flour for dusting
- 2, corn tortilla
- ¼ cup, shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup, spring onion julienne
- 1, onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
- Marinate the fish fillet with As Chefs Cook Chettinad Tikka Masala & dust it with refined flour. Pan Fry the fish & keep aside.
- Warm the tortilla on a griddle or a flat top grill.
- Place the cooked fish in the centre.
- Season with lemon juice.
- Top up with shredded cabbage & sliced onions.
- Fold the tortilla in half, grill on both sides & serve with sour cream.
