Spaghetti with Tangy Meat Balls
Ingredients:
(For 2 serves)
- 120 g, boiled spaghetti pasta
- 120 g, chicken mince
- 3 tbsp. As Chefs Cook Tangy Vindaloo Tikka Masala (Shop Now)
- A handful of fresh coriander (Chopped)
- 1, egg
- ½ cup, breadcrumbs
- 1 cup, pasta tomato sauce
- 4-5, fresh torn basil
- 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
- Make meat balls by mixing chicken mince, egg, coriander, breadcrumbs with As Chefs Cook Vindaloo Tikka Masala
- Pan sear the meat balls in olive oil & add the pasta sauce to it.
- Cover & cook the meat balls till cooked through completely. Check for the seasoning & adjust accordingly.
- Place boiled pasta in a serving dish & make a well in the centre.
- Place the meat balls in centre & spoon sauce on top.
- Garnish with torn basil & grated parmesan cheese.
