Spaghetti with Tangy Meat Balls


(For  2 serves)


  • 120 g, boiled spaghetti pasta
  • 120 g, chicken mince
  • 3 tbsp. As Chefs Cook Tangy Vindaloo Tikka Masala (Shop Now)
  • A handful of fresh coriander  (Chopped)
  • 1, egg
  • ½ cup, breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup, pasta tomato sauce
  • 4-5, fresh torn basil
  • 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil



  • Make meat balls by mixing chicken mince, egg, coriander, breadcrumbs with As Chefs Cook Vindaloo Tikka Masala
  • Pan sear the meat balls in olive oil & add the pasta sauce to it.
  • Cover & cook the meat balls till cooked through completely. Check for the seasoning & adjust accordingly.
  • Place boiled pasta in a serving dish & make a well in the centre.
  • Place the meat balls in centre & spoon sauce on top.
  • Garnish with torn basil & grated parmesan cheese.
