Tandoori Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
(For 1 serving)
- 80 g, button mushroom
- 60 g, processed cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. coriander, chopped
- 4 tbsp. As Chefs Cook Tandoori Tikka Masala (Shop Now)
- 2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
- 1 pinch chaat masala
- 1 lemon wedge Onion rings for garnish
Preparation
- Wipe & de-stalk mushrooms & fill with a mixture made with chopped onion, cheese & chopped coriander.
- Marinate them with As Chefs Cook Tandoori Tikka Masala & bake in an oven at about 180*C for 5-7 mins.
- Add melted butter over the mushrooms & sprinkle with chaat masala.
- Serve with onion rings and lemon wedge
